The general manager of the company has formulated a social responsibility policy, informing all employees that our company voluntarily chooses to comply with the requirements of the SA8000 standard. The company effectively communicates this policy to employees in Chinese and also posts it on the company's website to clearly share it with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and sub-tier suppliers. The company's social responsibility policy is as follows:

Social Responsibility Policy

In order to demonstrate the company's good image of social responsibility, this policy is hereby formulated.

a. The company guarantees compliance with all clauses of SA8000:2014.

b. The company guarantees compliance with national laws and other applicable policies and regulations, respecting the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, international conventions, and their interpretations.

c. Top management identifies risks related to human rights based on the requirements of social responsibility standards and other requirements signed by the company, regularly reviews the adequacy, applicability, and ongoing effectiveness of company policies, procedures, and performance. When necessary, the management system should be revised and improved. Gradually require suppliers, contractors, and other related parties to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

d. The company establishes a systematic and documented management system that converts the principles and requirements of SA8000:2014 into the company's operating procedures and puts them into specific actions throughout the company's production and operating activities, continuously improving to ensure compliance with social responsibility standards.

e. The company effectively records, implements, maintains, and communicates its social responsibility policy, and makes it available in an easy-to-understand format for all employees to access at any time, including senior executives, managers, supervisors, and non-management personnel.

f. Employees enjoy freedom of association and collective bargaining rights. The company does not support the use of child labor and opposes all forms of forced labor and discriminatory behavior.

g. The company's social responsibility policy should be documented in writing and put into practical action.

h. The company implements a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery, corruption, and extortion and exerts influence on suppliers.

i. The company strengthens health education and promotion for employees, including AIDS prevention, and does not discriminate against patients.

j. The company's social responsibility policy is opening to the external public.

k. The company's social responsibility policy should be documented in writing, put into practical action, and continuously improved through management reviews.

l. The company timely reviews and revises its social responsibility policy based on changes in laws, its own code of conduct requirements, and other company requirements.
